Let's start by cooking the rice in salted water according to the cooking times indicated on the package [1]. When it is still al dente, drain it, run it under cold water to stop the cooking and let it cool.
It is important to choose the right rice: the qualities with fine grains that remain well separated even during cooking (Ribe, Veneria, Arborio, Parboiled, etc.) are the most suitable.
We then transfer the rice into a container [2] and proceed by adding all the ingredients that we have prepared in the meantime.
We then combine the mozzarella cut into small pieces [3], the diced cooked ham [4]
the well-drained tuna in oil, the corn [5] and the pitted black olives. We mix everything and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour so that the flavors bind together pleasantly [6].
