The magic whipped coffee cream is a mouth-watering spoon dessert, ready in a few minutes with only three ingredients!
In the summer you can serve it instead of the classic espresso.
A foamy mousse with an unmistakable aroma that does not contain milk or cream and is therefore lighter and suitable for those who do not want or cannot consume dairy products and for vegans.
To make it you need iced water, sugar and instant coffee (unfortunately the result is not the same with moka coffee!).
Just enough time to mix with electric whisks and the compound will become creamy and soft.
Serve it in small glasses, adding a sprinkling of cocoa or simple coffee or chocolate beans as desired.

You can vary the doses of sugar according to your tastes: the flavor of the coffee will still be predominant.
It is important that the water is very cold: put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes before starting the preparation.
Keep the cream in the fridge and if it seems to have disassembled, stir it a few more moments before serving.
